At Introspect Counselling, we believe that whether you need counselling, require training for your organisation, or you are a therapist needing supervision, you deserve a service of the highest quality.

All of our therapists are accredited members of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP) or are working to become accredited. Accreditation is the very basic standard to ensure that a therapist works in safe, ethical ways.

Our trainers have FETAC L6 certification in train-the-trainer (or similar) and have worked in schools, charities, colleges, public and private sector organisations across a wide variety of subject areas including;

• telephone helpline training
• transitioning from primary to secondary school
• therapist continuing professional development in dreams, sexuality and communications
• team building, communication and conflict management
• and many more
